Are Dogs allowed?

Yes absolutely, we also have doggy treats and a water bowl for them.

Do you serve Bubble Tea?

Yes! We are the 1st place in Lichfield to serve Bubble Tea. No need to travel so far to Birmingham or anywhere else now.

Do you have a Kids Menu?

Yes! we have a separate kids menu with colouring crayons and a jungle mask. For just £7.95 they receive a main meal, drink and ice cream.

Are you Gluten friendly?

Certainly we have an allergen matrix to highlight all allergens clearly and this is also shown on the main menu and our website. 

We are Vegan, can you cater for us?

100% We have our own vegan menu instore and online for you to view. More than half our menu is vegetarian friendly and we are adding more vegan options in the future as we go on.

Can we bring our own Alcoholic drinks?

Yes! you can bring your own alcoholic drinks! you bring the drink we serve the beer, wine, gin glasses and the chilled wine buckets and there’s no corkage fee.There is a Tesco Express literally around the corner from us.

Can we bring our own Soft drinks?

Absolutely NO! We have a whole menu on soft drinks available from Cokes, juices, bubble teas, detox drinks, calypsos, mocktails, tonics, coffees etc. Should you bring a soft drink purchased not from the restaurant that we do not provide and ask us permission for this, we will apply a corkage fee for that drink that is payable by you. 

Can we book a large party?

Oh yes! we have our restaurant available for private hire parties and can tailor for individual requirements. The total seating capacity is 70 people and we can hold upto 30 people on one single long table.

Do you serve Takeaway?

Yes! we are available on Ubereats, JustEat, Deliveroo, Lichfield Eats as we use their drivers for delivery. You can also call the restaurant directly and order a collection.

Where do I park my car?

As we are in the city centre, car park is available on side roads or we recommend these three car parks. Short Stay, The Friary, Lichfield

WS13 6QA. Short Stay, Frog Lane, Lichfield WS13.Three Spires Multi Story, Birmingham Road, Lichfield WS13 6FA. Parking is free from 6.30pm everyday.

How long do I have on my table?

Table allocated time is usually for 1hr 30 mins to 2 hours maximum unless otherwise agreed.

Do you have highchairs?

Yes! Subject to availability.

Do you have a baby changing facility?

Yes! This can be found in the ladies/Disabled toilet room.

Do you offer student discount?

Yes! 10% student discount OFF the total bill is available with a valid photo student ID anytime.

Do you have disabled access?

Yes! We have a portable ramp available for entering the restaurant on request and we have disabled toilets as well.

Do you take bookings?

Yes! Please find us on OpenTable or call us on 01543 411133 to make a reservation.

Is your food Halal?

Yes! All our meat is halal.

What accolades do you hold?

We have won the New Tourism Business of the Year 2023 Award from Enjoy Staffordshire, Best Multi-Cultural Street Food Restaurant Staffordshire 2023, Good Food Award 2023/2024.

Are you open Bank Holidays?

Yes! We are open on most bank holidays. Keep upto date with our social media.

No, we want you to enjoy your evening wearing whatever you like to wear when dining out.

Do you have WiFi available?

Yes! We have free WiFi available for all our customers, just ask a member of our team for the password. 

Can we bring our own Birthday cake for a celebration?

Yes! You are most welcome. 

What happens with the Staff Tips?

Any tips you leave behind for the JSK team are shared out fairly amongst the team.
